The Team
Classic Building & Electrical is owned and operated by Chris James and Nick Faulkner. In addition to our permanent staff, we engage the services of selected contractors with whom we have worked for many years. We are therefore able to provide complete flexibility in terms of labour-force depending upon the size of the project being undertaken.
Chris James
After completing his apprenticeship to Level 3 City & Guilds in Electrical Installation, Chris has spent his career working in the construction industry, primarily in the domestic building market, working on a wide range of extensions, conversions and renovation projects. He is fully qualified to the 18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations.
Nick Faulkner
Nick completed his studies in Building Construction and went on to work for various building firms in the domestic building market, before joining a large housing developer as a Site Manager. In 2002 he felt there was an opening in the local builder market for a more professional, efficient and well organised operation. Classic Building Construction was born and continues in Classic Building & Electrical.
