Home Extensions
Extensions come in all shapes and sizes – from garages, conservatories and garden rooms through to much larger additions and annexes. Creating a seamless transition between the existing and new parts of your home can present unique difficulties – both with and during the build, but with our experience in overcoming these challenges, we are able to make the process as hassle-free as possible.
We offer a complete Project Management service – from initial consultations, organising architects and structural engineers and liaising with the Local Authority through to completing the build on time and within budget.
Alternatively, we can tender for work from existing drawings and still offer our Project Management service.
Refurbishments
The scope for refurbishments is large – from single rooms, bathrooms and kitchens through to structural alterations and whole-house renovations.
Organising and completing these works will often include organising and liaising with structural engineers and Building Control, all of which is part of the service we offer.
Often these projects are undertaken whilst a property remains occupied, which can of course be disruptive to normal living. With proper planning and sensitivity to the need to keep a home running, we can complete the work as efficiently and cleanly as possible.
Electricals
We are pleased to offer a complete domestic electrical service. This includes full and partial re-wiring, updating of fuse-boards, alterations, additions and testing.
In addition to this, other popular improvements include:
- Installation of modern low-energy LED lighting
- Smart-home control technology
- Alarm and CCTV systems
As registered Domestic Installers with the NICEIC, we work to the latest edition of the Wiring Regulations and we test, certify and register the necessary elements of the work with them.
